Unite! presents its Faculty & Staff Training Catalogue, now accessible via Unite! website. Designed to enrich the professional journey of professors, researchers, administrative and technical staff across the alliance, this initiative aims to equip participants with the essential tools and resources necessary for success. The catalogue is the result of the work done by the expert community 6.6: Compile a Unite! annual training programme for staff.

The offering features a large choice of training options selected from the expertise of Unite!'s partner institutions. Complementing existing university offerings, these courses cover a wide range of topics including pedagogy, professional development, multiculturalism, and internationalisation of practices, among others.

Training is offered in various formats, from two-hour sessions to multi-day workshops, and is available online and face-to-face. Although delivered mainly in English, the courses are aimed at people who wish to broaden their knowledge and skills at the European level, acquire new competencies or learn languages. Potential participants can register directly through the Unite! website to secure their places, once they get their home university's approval.

More trainings can be included in the catalogue, members of the Unite! community can also submit training proposals. Once submitted, experts from expert community on professional development will evaluate it before publishing it in the catalogue.
